On Friday I took my boat out to the lake to prepare for a long weekend of fun with friends.  Within about ten minutes I could only think about where I put the stern drive parts.  It started out as one of those days.  You know, the one where everything needs to be perfect, then gets screwed up quickly.  I make it a point to keep some Evinrude parts with me, and that made the difference.

I love my boat.  I’m not bad when it comes to working on it.  I’m not going to let a small thing like this ruin my weekend.  This was nothing that a Crescent wrench and I could not handle.  Within two hours I was up and running again.  Now it was time to get set up for the party.  I have my boat set up with the latest marine accessories, so you can bet it was ready.

You should know that I had my fun when I got everything ready and fixed.  When Saturday came, I had even more fun with the friends and family party that happened.  We fished, ate, swam, and had a great time.  Owning this boat is one of the best things I’ve ever done.
