I’m originally from the desert. I’ve only been in snow a few times in my life and it was always on vacation. I’m not really comfortable in the cold. Still, there are some snowy and icy things that I would really like to experience sometime in my life.

Icy things on my list of stuff to see include:

• Ice hotel and ice restaurant. I’ve read about these places where the entire hotel is made out of ice. I’d like to see what it’s like to spend time in a place like that. It sounds amazing! I’d love to see the Northern Lights from inside of an ice hotel.
• Ice field in Canada. There’s a really cool ice field in Canada that I’ve also read about. The pictures of it look amazing. I’d love to go there on a trip someday.
• Snowshoeing. I’ve never gone snowshoeing. I’ve had the chance a few times but couldn’t do it for one reason or another. It’s possible to do this pretty close to where I live so maybe I’ll be able to check it off the list this year.

Those are the main things that I’d like to experience. Then I’d like to warm up by a fire!
