On telephone poles, most of the time you see signs for things like lost dogs and ways to make cash fast. Occasionally a sign pops up for a garage sale or something, but very rarely does one buy their real estate based on a sign on a pole.

But when I saw a new home for sale in Florida on one of the signs, I was instantly intrigued. I always wanted to move there, and had long considered getting one of the custom homes in Orlando, and this sign was about a pre-built masterpiece that seemed like the perfect place to move to. I just had friends move into Tampa custom homes, so it’s not like I knew no one else in the state that I could visit and, with so much stuff I could do there, I would never be bored. So combining that with the opportunity to own a custom home that was designed for someone like me was pretty tempting, and although I’m still surprised I was sold by a telephone pole, I have to say that overall I’m glad I decided to do that. It certainly ended up being a pretty good idea. Thanks telephone pole.
