    Hi, I’ve tried a few different diets before and I’m interested in what you wrote about feeling energized. In the past, I’ve felt sluggish while trying to diet, possibly from a lack of calories or full nutrition. This can make it difficult to continue the diet, even if I’m having some success.     This looks like a good diet to try before doing anything drastic. Some people today go to great lengths to improve their bodies, but a good diet and exercise program will always be the best way to get results, in my opinion.

    You make a good point near the end of the article, which hopefully is not overlooked. People should definitely visit with their doctor before attempting a new diet. Doctors are experts and any diet they support has that much more credibility. Doctors also have good advice on starting and maintaining healthy lifestyles.

    I definitely agree with Steve about the importance of checking with a doctor. A lot of people are nervous about seeing a doctor. It is a natural feeling because people are protective of their privacy and their bodies. However, it is something we need to overcome if we are to lead healthy lives.
