I have been working in my restaurant for probably the last 25 years and have only made small changes in it over that time. The latest change I need to make is in the flow meter. The current device may no longer be accurate and it is affecting the quality of the drinks I am producing. It definitely will be a problem keeping my customers happy. 

I am trying to determine which is the right product for me. I am thinking about the investment into a unit mass flow controller since I have heard good things about it from this company. There are so many unique products on the market, though, I am curious as to whether it is the best option for my particular need. Then, of course, there are some of the best the company offers including the ultrasonic flowmeters. These seem like a great fit for most of my needs.

Have you purchased any flow meters recently and if so, what do you suggest for the average volume restaurant? Definitely need to keep in mind my budget since things are already tight in this end due to the economy. I hope that I can find the best flow meter for my needs and get the business working even better for it.
