When I decided, at the age of 80, to study computers and online marketing, my family and friends thought that I was completely crazy. But I didn’t see what was so wild about the thought of me going back to school. I had been a student most of my life in one way or another and since buying a computer last year and going online, I’ve been wanting to learn more about the Internet, in particular how local search optimization works.

When a local Tampa SEO company started offering an Internet course, I jumped at the chance.  I signed up and eagerly awaited the start of the class. In fact, I was so excited that I couldn’t sleep, waking up at 5 am the day the course started.  Once the class got going I was amazed at how much information I could still shove into my brain and I had a blast learning all the tricks to Internet marketing.  Word spread about the popularity of the class and other companies started offering similar courses across Tampa. Website marketing is big business and it makes sense that the average Joe learn a little bit about it.  I have already signed up for a couple of more courses.
