Customer and Employees are Both Important

Sometimes, if a company is smart, they will implement some kind of customer rewards program to keep their customers happy and to keep them coming back time and time again to the same place of business and that company will keep getting their patronage and in turn, that customer’s money. If a company is really smart, not only will they have a rewards program for their customers, whether it is big or small, simple or elaborate, it is important to just have something, but a company will also have incentive programs for their employees.

Sure the employees have a reason to keep coming back every day and every week, and that of course would be their paycheck. But employees who have to spend their time in the same place doing the same thing every single day of every single week really do need a little bit more of a boost and some encouragement more than just that. And just like with the customer programs that are designed to keep them invested, the program for the employees can be either big or small, just something. Employees need to feel like they have a reason to care, so they will keep giving their hard work for a long time to come.
